How Do You Keep Track Of Your Business Receipts?

For a long time, I would have receipts everywhere but then my accountant got on me about not keeping good track of them. So, then I started putting them in a zip lock back, this was better but they were not organized by month, type of expense,etc.

So finally, someone told me about Neat Receipt and OH BOY, was I happy about this. This product is so phenomenal! It allows you to scan your receipts and it helps you to organize them and keep track of them right on your computer.

However, as we all know computers have a brain of its own so I tell all of my business buddies to go to box.net and get an account so you can store your important files on here so if your computer ever crashes you will have the files that are important to you and you will have access to them no matter where you go as long as you have internet access.

So, get those receipts together and start scanning!!
